Linda Arkert

Linda is a registered social worker, about to complete her master's in environmental social work. She focuses on environmental and ecological social work driven by her own growing awareness of the issues of habitat destruction and climate change, which affects the poor and marginalised disproportionally. She currently lives in the Klein Karoo, doing research and community engagement on the social effects of climate change, fracking and offshore oil and gas.
