Nduduzo Majozi

Nduduzo Majozi is a PhD candidate and SARChi Research Fellow at the Institute for Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies at the University of the Western Cape. He holds an MA in development studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a BA from Unisa. He is also a former research fellow at the UKZN Centre for Civil Society, focusing on informality, urban-class politics, and social movements. As aa sociopolitical analyst, writer and researcher, he is currently working on a doctoral research study with the pro-poor Durban-based shack-dwellers movement Abahlali baseMjondolo.
