Simate Simate

Simate Simate is a Zambian living with deafblindness. He is a disability rights advocate for the inclusion of deafblindness in Africa, national coordinator of the Deafblind Zambia Programme and the secretary of the Africa Federation of the Deafblind. Simate holds master’s degrees in arts, international human rights law and pedagogical sciences. He is also a Canon Collins PhD scholar in education policy
