Kevin Davie
Kevin Davie studied information technology at Harvard and MIT as a Nieman Fellow in 1995/6. He established www.woza.co.za, an online stand-alone news portal which flourished during the dotcom era but did not do so well when dotcom went dotbomb. He also co-founded South Africa’s first online stockbroker.
A career journalist, Davie has divided his time in recent years between nurturing the development of JiQA and working as a journalist (This Day and the Mail & Guardian). His passions include green building, canoeing and mountain biking.
