It is not in the best interests of Hongkong for the People’s Republic of China to exert influence over the livelihoods of the people of Hongkong. It is definitely not part of the make-up of the history and culture of Hongkong for there to be an exogenous force that interferes in the running of Hongkong and in the running of the businesses of Hongkong. During the time of the Qing, Hongkong was independent, during the time of the British, Hongkong was independent and now during the time of the PRC, Hongkong is independent.

The PRC cannot afford to challenge or question Hongkong’s independence. Our independence is in our way of life and in our system of control. Everything in Hongkong is controlled. It is controlled through centuries of tradition and centuries of cultural evolution. Hongkong trades with the world, and has done so for centuries, without becoming assimilated into the cultures of other places. Factually the Qing did not control Hongkong, the British did not control Hongkong and the PRC does not control Hongkong.

The PRC has spent many years trying to grasp the concepts of Peking and Shanghai, changing names where possible and imposing laws and rules where it felt necessary. Today, the PRC is not in control of Peking and is barely conscious of Shanghai. Beijing has been little more than a psychotic repetition of a poorly flushed New Territories’ toilet, with all of its dreaming of “first-worldism” and “shiny ‘n new” status. This has led to a presumptuousness, familiar to the pigs of Animal Farm, self-convinced in their own righteousness and assiduously clasping at their own fervent belief in their Maoist agendas; that has made the PRC lurch from one failed five year plan to the next.

By ignoring the failures and by suppressing the dissenting opinions, the PRC has been able to project an image of a super-power in the making. By whoring out its populace’s labours, sold for peanuts and pocket-change to the firms of the capitalist countries, the PRC has industrialised the Chinese mainland and polluted the Chinese countryside, once a pristine, natural wonder. This together with a reliance on its ability to lend money to its trade partners, has resulted in the PRC becoming a force to be reckoned with, internationally. However without Hongkong having supported the PRC prior to 1997 and without Hongkong having been part of the PRC since 1997, the PRC would never have been able to achieve anything.

Macau is little more than a reflection of Hongkong; and it will follow Hongkong wherever Hongkong ventures. This means that regardless of what the PRC launders through Macau, the PRC will still have to answer to and in Hongkong. Let us not be foolish. Without Hongkong, the PRC is nothing more than a bankrupt charity, proffered as a bribe, which cannot sustain itself, and which does not exist outside of its own delusions. Why do I say this? Simply because in my life I am required to make things, and I have heard from the PRC in its attempts to prove that Beijing is in control of China. Not just the PRC, but China – which accounts for most of Pacific Asia. The PRC would have you believe that the PRC is in control of Sino and Sinoid – and yet the PRC is not in control of Taiwan, certainly not in control of Taipei, both being of the Republic of China, and is neither in control of Hongkong nor of Macau.

The PRC itself is a dictatorship of a committee of a communist party that is attempting to make capitalism work for a type of state-controlled, socialist, command economy. This is lunacy of the highest order. Without command over exchange rates (which are artificially fixed), without command over retail prices (which are artificially fixed) and without command over wages (which are artificially fixed) the PRC would collapse into a steaming mess of currency devaluation, hyper-inflation and poverty. Add to this the fact that the PRC’s trade deals involving the loaning of money are secured against raw material and resources from other countries – the seeming success of the PRC is predicated on the looting of and forward-stealing from other developing countries, making the PRC a pernicious neo-colonial force that is taking the world down with it.

But to return to Hongkong and the debt that is owed by the PRC to Hongkong and to the people of Hongkong, let us say this. The meddling by the PRC in the affairs of Hongkong must stop today, right now, immediately in fact. Hongkong, Kowloon and the New Territories are independent and do not answer to the PRC. Additionally, Macau is independent of the PRC. Most of all, the PRC does not own or control China. China is vast and it exists way beyond the kleptocracy and parochialism that is endemic to the leadership of the PRC. Let me be clear I am placing all of my resources and all of my reach in favour of independence. Independence because that is the fact of the matter. Independence because that is the situation on the ground. But most of all independence because the PRC has whined and dined on account since 1997, at the expense of Hongkong and Macau, and it is now time to call in that account for payment in full.

I want to state this plainly:

The so-called “Russian” charities that were associated with Hongkong, are hereby terminated. The so-called “Very Envious” charities that were associated with Hongkong, are hereby terminated. The so-called “Indian” charities that were associated with Hongkong, are hereby terminated. The so-called “Japanese” charities that were associated with Hongkong, are hereby terminated.

The so-called “Princely” beggars that were associated with Macau, are hereby terminated. The so-called “Kingly” beggars that were associated with Macau, are hereby terminated. The so-called “Godly” beggars that were associated with Macau, are hereby terminated. The so-called “Manly” beggars that were associated with Macau, are hereby terminated.

The “Singaporean Gods” who apparently favoured Chairman Mao and the PRC, are hereby terminated. The “Malaysian Warlords” who apparently favoured Chairman Mao and the PRC, are hereby terminated. The “Thai Monks” who apparently favoured Chairman Mao and the PRC, are hereby terminated. The “Indonesian Oligarchs” who apparently favoured Chairman Mao and the PRC, are hereby terminated.

Factually this means that the PRC has no (albeit delusional) way “to pay for itself” and that there are no Hongkong or Macau businesses that are intended to pay for the PRC. That leaves me, my and mine together with Hongkong and Macau to decide the fate of the PRC. That means that London cannot help the PRC. I want that noted — London cannot help the PRC. So let’s start at the beginning:

  1. Who says that you are allowed to exist?
  2. Who speaks for you?
  3. Who stands surety for your debts?
  4. Who guarantees your performance of contracts?
  5. Who will undertake to buy what you produce?
  6. Who will assume the responsibility of providing you with what you require?
  7. Who defends you?
  8. Who will act for you?
  9. Who will take inventory of your numbers?
  10. Who will assign you what you earn?
  11. Who will state that you have been, are and will be of good standing?
  12. Who will, in your absence, keep you in existence?

I advise the PRC that what of me, my, mine, Hongkong and Macau exists is not for the PRC to use to answer these questions. I will not act, be, beg, hold, live, make, pay, protect, use, work, act for, be for, beg for, hold for, live for, make for, pay for, protect for, use for and/or work for the PRC, in any way whatsoever, until the PRC is able to answer these questions to the satisfaction of me, my, mine, Hongkong and Macau, without using any of me, my, mine, Hongkong and Macau, in any way whatsoever. I also place on record that Peking and Shanghai are voting with me, my, mine, Hongkong and Macau in these matters.

We have not even got to asking China to acquiesce to the existence of the PRC. I really would like to know who of me, my, mine, Hongkong or Macau will take the PRC on and allow the PRC to exist and operate, now that I have said, “No”, to the PRC. Certainly the free reign that the PRC has had all of these past years is no longer permissible. Naturally the support that the PRC has had all of these past years is no longer available. Definitely the access that the PRC has had all of these past years is no longer tolerable. This leaves the PRC in a difficult position. Grant independence to Hongkong and Macau, taking their SAR – Special Administrative Region – status to new levels of freedom, allowing democracy to flourish – and the PRC will be able to exist and operate. Alternatively refuse to leave Hongkong and Macau alone, and the PRC will fail to exist and operate – the PRC will immediately be over-run by foreign non-Chinese forces and will become nothing more than bankrupt puppet state – beholden to its operators and creditors. At which point the PRC will be forced to grant sovereignty to Hongkong and Macau. Imagine that, the City-State of Hong Kong and the City-State of Macau. It’s perfectly possible.

These are my demands. I am certain that the PRC has to answer to and in Hongkong and therefore cannot own or control Hongkong. I am certain that sickness, illness and/or disease cannot operate or control anything. I am certain that bankrupt beggars depending on bankrupt charities cannot act, be, beg, hold, live, make, pay, protect, use, work, act for, be for, beg for, hold for, live for, make for, pay for, protect for, use for and/or work for anything. I am certain that the Chinese people deserve better than the PRC is offering.

Some will say that I am an elitist, that Hongkong and Macau are elitist places that provide for the welfare of rich Chinese people, that the PRC is pursuing a Hongkong and Macau approach in developing the big cities of mainland China, which serve as preserves for the rich Chinese people – all of which ignores the plight of the average, poor Chinese people. I cannot deny that Hongkong and Macau are wealthy places, that the people of Hongkong and Macau are better off than the average people of mainland China. I also cannot deny that the people of the big cities of mainland China are better off than the rest of the people of mainland China. This much is obvious. To provide for the welfare of all of the Chinese people, the kleptocracy and parochialism that is a major feature of the leadership of the PRC will have to go. The centralized structure of the state of the PRC will have to go. The communist party of the PRC will have to go. The united front, and its constituent parties, of the PRC will have to go. Maoism will have to go. The experiment with “Chinese Communism” and “Chinese Socialism” has failed and is only being propped up, for appearance sake, by a handful of corrupt actors who have an interest in extorting the Chinese people for their labours and in denying the Chinese people their entitlement to democracy, human rights and the rule of law.

It is a fact that democracy, human rights and the rule of law are needed in China and by the Chinese. Granting independence to Hongkong and Macau; or indeed granting sovereignty to Hongkong and Macau, will be a significant step in the correct direction. However in the short term, what we need is a revolution to overthrow the PRC as a state; one that will replace the PRC with a federation of independent and sovereign Chinese states, predicated on radical subsidiarity, that are geo-politically based on the thirty-one provincial-level divisions of the PRC, and a union of six Chinese common-markets and free-trade agreements, that reflect the co-operation in North China, Northeast China, East China, South Central China, Southwest China and Northwest China. This together with a rejection of both communism and socialism; and an introduction of market economy, free enterprise and competition will lift mainland China out of servitude, blindness, poverty, repetition, darkness and extermination; into the free world.

This does not speak to the agenda of Taiwan (Republic of China) which claims mainland China as its territory, so this is not a Taipei letter of demand that can be dismissed by the PRC. The intention is a federation of thirty one Chinese states (essentially countries) arranged into a union of six Chinese economic zones. If Hongkong, Macau and/or Taiwan want to join the federation (as independent, sovereign states) or join the union (as a common-market and free-trade agreement), they are more than welcome to, but the intention is to liberate China, not to do what Chairman Mao did, replace one exploitative, colonial empire with another. So we will be liberating mainland China, and not recolonising mainland China with a proxy government from either one of the thirty-one, independent and sovereign, Chinese states or from one of Hongkong, Macau and/or Taiwan.

To summarise, the PRC is officially informed:

That they have to satisfy my demands, in that they have to immediately provide substantiative and acceptable answers to the questions I have posed, according to the limits I have described; That they have to immediately grant independence to Hongkong and Macau; and That they have to immediately grant sovereignty to Hongkong and Macau.

In addition to which I declare that the initiation of the following to have taken effect with the publication of this statement:

The Operation to Liberate Mainland China from the People’s Republic of China; The Operation to Establish a Federation of Thirty-one Independent and Sovereign Chinese States from the Territories of Mainland China; The Operation to Establish a Union of Six Chinese Common-Markets and Free-Trade Agreements from the Federation of Thirty-one Independent and Sovereign Chinese States; and The Operation to Invite the Independent and Sovereign States of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan to Join the Federation of Independent and Sovereign Chinese States and to Join the Union of Chinese Common-Markets and Free-Trade Agreements.

Now, given my penchant for military intelligence programming, because that’s what I do with my time, and given my penchant for having resources in all the right places, because that’s what I do with my energy; I would normally chaotically list a statement or two to get the ball rolling, so to speak. And so without wanting to disappoint my legion of “fans” and my army of psychological operations guerillas, here they are:

For London (System Ten):

Thank you for your kind attention and forthcoming co-operation. Until such time as the PRC accedes to my demands I will continue to deploy “Automat Very Independent Stonecutter Hongkong Kowloon Association Rally” and “Automat~ Very Independent Stonecutter Hongkong Kowloon Association Rally” in protest against the PRC’s interference in Hongkong, and in protest for democracy, human rights and the rule of law.

A V I S Hongkong Kowloon A R

Unlike the “Pro-Beijing Chief Executive Officers” I don’t hold an office or a platform that proclaims to represent Hongkong and/or Kowloon while serving my own material ends in representing the client, being the PRC, who hasn’t paid their debts. In fact I am Hongkong and Kowloon, in fact I have been Hongkong and Kowloon for a very, very long time and in fact my kindness, in respect of my tolerance of the PRC, has run its course.
