The Facebook phenomenon is still with us. The South African regional network on Facebook reached the 300 000 mark on September 25, and is still growing at close to 3 000 members a day.

In Australia and Sweden the picture is even more intense: 12 000 new members a day in Australia (now at 556 000 in the regional network) and 9 000 new members a day in Sweden (at 337 000).

France and India continue to grow at about 5 000 a day and Hong Kong at 3 000 a day, while Norway and Egypt have dropped below the 2 000-a-day mark.

Aside from France and India changing places, the overall rankings are the same as on September 19:
1. United States
2. Canada
3. United Kingdom
4. Australia
5. Norway
6. Sweden
7. South Africa
8. France
9. India
10. Egypt
11. Hong Kong
12. Lebanon
