When I started blogging about 6 months ago, I never realised that it would take over my life.

My blog, “Tripartite“, was meant to be a place where I could swear, give my opinions and abuse Manchester United supporters.

That soon changed as I found that I could no longer write my columns for sasoccer365.co.za because I was so absorbed in the blog.

My background is as a criminal attorney, part time journalist and news junkie.

The blog, due to time constraints, required abandoning the journalism in favour of the blog. There was a freedom which I had not enjoyed as a writer for SA Soccer365 or the Derby Evening Telegraph (UK) where editors removed the best parts of my weird humour.

I had even met with the editor of SAPA who took me on as a “stringer”, but failed to write a single word asI pounded this blog.

What I would like to achieve with “TRAPS” is a look at Politics, Sport and (best of all) Humour.

Hopefully this will highlight areas that need it and give you a good laugh at the same time.

I’ve been wrong before.
