Blair Glencorse is executive director of Accountability Lab; a steering committee member of the Open Government Partnership; and a member of the World Bank’s Expert Advisory Council on Citizen Engagement.
McDonald Lewanika is chief of party at Accountability Lab Zimbabwe and a Draper Hills Summer Fellow at Stanford University. He holds a PhD in political science from the London School of Economics.
